Veterinarian
Dr. Laughrey grew up in Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. He began his career in Florida and then moved to Pilot Point, Texas and worked at Equine Medical Associates for 10 years. In 2012 Dr. Laughrey and his wife Marcie moved to Athens, Texas and opened Athens Equine. Through the years it has grown to now a multi vet practice specializing in performance medicine for the equine athlete.
Dr. Laughrey and Marcie have three children, Kaitlyn, Clay and Colt, and two grandsons James & Lane.
