Fantastic place, they took great care of my Senior horse (needed a cardiac workup). I was able to arrange it even while living in Australia - the vets were amazing and made everything easy. Prices were actually a bit lower than originally quoted, which was a relief! And when I found out I had an overdue unpaid invoice (it was lost in our email systems, I think), they were extremely kind and understanding, and we got it resolved without problems. These are good people and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I took my Mare with a huge problem during the time that she was giving a birth her first Colt and they saved her life. The Customer Service was Great and very Friendly.

They did a wonderful job diagnosing and administering injections. Our Wlsh/Trakner pony had miraculously turnaround in his lameness. Prices were great.

We took a horse I was considering to purchase there for a pre-purchase check up. Dr. Todd was fantastic, extremely thorough. Great, down to earth and highly professional practice. Wish we could use Athens Equine for all of our horses, but that might be too much of a drive from Fort Worth on a regular basis. Best pre-purchase check I have ever requested.

I'm very picky about my vets and so far I've been very pleased with all the vets here at this clinic. They are very informative. I like how they will show an explain things to you, which I appreciate because I'm always very interested in whats going on. Very honest and reasonably priced.

Dr. Todd is first class. As a relatively new horse owner I really appreciate that he will take the time to really explain everything to me. He is professional and gracious with the horse and owner. He really knows his stuff and is surrounded by a great team not to mention the awesome facility. Keep up the good work and thank you again.

Emergency visit with my horse, Jasmine. Dr. Kimball and her vet techs were professional and kind. Unfortunately, Jasmine had to be put down. Dr. Kimball and her staff were extremely kind and caring for me and Jasmine throughout this difficult process.

Dr. Reese Hand and his team (especially Alicia!) are amazing! I was referred to him from 12 hours away and would gladly make the trip again, without hesitation, if needed. He is incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent diagnostician, exceedingly gracious, and takes the time to make certain owners understand what is going on with their horse. You never feel rushed or that he doesn't have time for your questions. He truly works to help your animal and make sure you know how to best help your animal going forward.
